The Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (Family and MWR) Blue Star Card Program is a Family and MWR discount and activity program for Spouses and Families of Army Soldiers deployed, extended overseas TDY and on unaccompanied PCS assignments. The Blue Star Card Program includes:

  •  Everyday Benefits, to give Spouses an extra discount at Family and MWR facilitiesTheStarGuideIcon
  • Childcare Benefits, to give families a break through Child, Youth & School Services Programs
  • Special Events/Activities to provide the opportunity for Family members to have some fun while their Soldier is away

The USO offers gate access to family members and unit members of Soldiers that are arriving or departing from a war zone.

Requirements

  • USO access to orders (i.e. deployment) for  confirmation.
  • Picture ID for each family member that are 10 years and older.
  • Arrive at the USO at the Honolulu International Airport two hours prior to the flight.
