The Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (Family and MWR) Blue Star Card Program is a Family and MWR discount and activity card for Spouses and Families of combat deployed Army Soldiers. The Blue Star Card Program includes: 
- Everyday Benefits, to give Spouses an extra discount at FMWR facilities
- Childcare Benefits, to give families a break through Child, Youth & School Services Programs
- Special Events/Activities to provide the opportunity for Family members of deployed Soldiers to have some fun while their Soldier is away
Why do we do it?
FMWR recognizes the sacrifices Families of deployed Soldiers make everyday. We provide the Blue Star Card Program in appreciation of their selfless service to the Army Community and to demonstrate our commitment to providing quality programs and services for a quality life.
