Requests are reviewed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday (closed on Federal holidays).

Foodservice Sanitation Training: A certificate needs to be on file with TAMC Preventative Medicine. The training is mandatory for all individuals who will be handling food.

Take the Foodservice Sanitation Training

At the end of the slides will be instructions on how to register to take at test. Once you have achieved a 70% or greater email to receive your certificate.
