The Schofield Barracks Health and Fitness Center is your answer for all your organized fitness class needs! The Center offers a wide variety of classes at all times throughout the day to fit even the busiest schedule. Zumba, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Step Challenge, Step and Abs, Step and Pump, Boot Camp and more are all available at affordable prices. Individual classes and monthly passes are also available for other authorized patrons.
The Center also offers certified personal trainers, a massage therapist and tons of other activities. Traditional workout gear like weight machines and free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers and an awesome horizontal climing wall. They even have a full “cross fit room”, stretch cage, punching, kicking and speed bags and tons more equipment.
