Fitness Centers

The Family and MWR fitness program oversees six physical fitness centers that offer equipment, classes and personalized services available seven days a week. With everything from stair climbers, treadmills and ellipticals to tons of brand new Nautilus Nitro plus strength training equipment, there’s something for everyone. Also on-hand are specialized training areas and equipment like Olympic lift areas, medicine balls, kettle bells and more.

YOUTH GUIDELINES

  • YOUTH UNDER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN (16) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THIS FACILITY.

  • CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13) MAY NOT USE MECHANICAL CARDIOVASCULAR EQUIPMENT, STRENGTH OR SAUNA AREAS FOR ANY REASON.

  • WHEN UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF A PARENT OR GUARDIAN, YOUTH AGES THIRTEEN (13) TO FIFTEEN (15) ARE PERMITTED TO USE CARDIO AND WEIGHT EQUIPMENT.

  • SUPERVISING ADULTS MUST BE ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN THE SAME ACTIVITY AS YOUTH UNDER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN (16). THIS MEANS, SUPERVISING ADULTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK OUT WHILE LEAVING YOUTH TO PARTICIPATE IN A SEPARATE ACTIVITY.

  • SUPERVISING ADULT MUST BE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ACCOMPANY A YOUTH FIFTEEN (15) YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER.

  • YOUTH (12) YEARS OR UNDER ARE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
    • BASKETBALL COURT
    • RACQUETBALL COURT

  • CHILDREN OF SCHOOL AGE WILL USE GENDER APPROPRIATE LOCKER ROOMS AND BATHROOMS.
